Your wedding day should be stress-free, not only for you, but also for your friends and family. Our day-of coordination services encompass much more than just the day of the wedding, and ensure that you can get hitched without a hitch!

On the day of your wedding, the Blue Orchid Designs team is the first to arrive and the last to leave and our services begin even earlier than that. Here is some of what you can expect when you choose Blue Orchid Designs to make your wedding day a success:

Pre-Consultation Worksheet
1 Consultation with a Blue Orchid Designs consultant, available via phone, Skype or in-person (Consultations are 60-90 minutes in length and occur six to eight weeks prior to your wedding. This is in addition to the complimentary initial consultation.)
Creation of timeline and production schedules for vendors and your wedding party
Contract review
Recommendations for any vendors not yet hired
Vendor confirmations

Our Wedding Day Coordination package may be upgraded to include partial planning services and is included in all of our complete planning services, but it cannot be customized to include fewer than 20 hours. Blue Orchid Designs will not put the success of your wedding in jeopardy by not having adequate time to complete the necessary tasks.

Investment:

2009 wedding day coordination services begin at $1500 with an associate consultant.

Additional in-person consultations are available at a rate of $150 per hour and are available at your discretion.
